| The Museum is open Tuesday through Sunday from 12 a.m. till 5 p.m. Opened in 1989 in a newly built gallery named after Mykolas Zilinskas (1904-1992) thus paying due respect to his life-long effort to enrich Lithuanian art collections. Expositions: Ancient Egyptian art, the 16th-20th c. European applied art, the 17th-18th c. Italian painting, the 16th-17th c. Dutch and Flemish painting, the 17th-19th c. western European painting, the second half of the 19th c. - 20th c. western European art, the first half of the 20th c. Baltic painting and sculpture. |
